1247 hours=The mail box door of the duplex next door is closed now------"it" was closed when i had walked to the thrift store across the street at 1150 hours

Debbie:
1723 hours=Debbie has a SEVERE headache---she was throwing up when i had gotten home this afternoon

Myself:
1724 hours=The sound of debbie's tv and video game is driving me crazy

2013 hours=An example of the men in the duplex next door's fool/trick people bullcrap was a moment ago-----it was:
Someone just set something down in the duplex next door or bumped [my thermastat just made a "click" noise] into a wall [my heat just turned off]
"That" junk is to fool/trick people into [stupidly] thinking that it is the [sic] sounds that.....
"It" is all bullcrap------EVERY sound from inside of the duplex next door is to fool/trick people
What makes it so bad is that "that" junk is so EFFECTIVE at fooling/tricking people

2046 hours=The front door of the duplex next door was just shut into the door frame with out being banged or even being shut hard just a moment ago at 2044 hours

Two story house next door:
2049 hours=The under 10 year old boys from the two story house next door are playing loudly in the street in front of their house at almost nine o'clock at night in 51 degree temperature on a school night [for the purpose of thier parents fooling/tricking anyone evaluating my claims into seeing what a nice family orientated neighborhood it is that i live in

Debbie:
1743 hours=Debbie's back---at the level of her belly button and in the middle----and her stomach HURT her

2059 hours=Debbie is up and watching tv

Myself:
1745 hours=I am gonna try to be able to go to karate class tonight----i haven't been able to go lately
I'm gonna try to do math on the computer untill it is time to go

1828 hours=Even though I feel up to going to karate class tonight, I'm not gonna go because Debbie already went to bed and because i am having SO SO much fun teaching myself math

2057 hours=I have been doing math on the computer this evening and am up to the point that is where i get stuck---i am writing down each math problem on a piece of paper as i do it

2134 hours=I am still teaching myself math
The right side of my jawline and throat are iritated-----whatever visible bumps there are on my throat are not iritated at all

And then there was a Verizon Telephone company vehichle left parked unattended in the empty lot at the corner for the rest of that afternoon

1020 hours=The guy in the single story house next door had slammed the door of his brown pick up truck at 0950 hours at the same time that the old black man who drives the blue pick up truck--the man who drives around picking up scrap metal--was driving south on my little side street that ends in a dead end and then the guy in the single story house next door was sitting in the drivers seat of his brown pick up truck right after he had slammed his truck door
His red van was gone when i went outside at 1010 hours

I guess that the objective of "that" PLOY was for me to document him having had slammed his brown pick up truck door as knocking/banging/tapping in my house and anyone evaluating my claims was supposed to ASSume that it had been the old black man driving QUIETELY down my little side street in his blue pick up truck that i had heard

1137 hours=The guy in the single story house next door is home in his red van now

Duplex next door:
1036 hours=The front door of the duplex next door was just banged shut one quick hard time with out being slammed a moment ago at 1033 hours---it was about the first sound that i've heard from the duplex next door today

1038 hours=The man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door was just PRETENDING to be doing something in the passenger door of his car that he has never driven in/during the six months that he has lived in the duplex next door and just drove off in his white pick up truck

Myself:
1155 hours=Today is my first day of classes at the community college so i have to go in a few minutes
I may rather want to go to ITT technical Institute instead--it is only almost 40,000 dollars or 427 dollars a credit hours--WHEW, that is a fortune

circular saw being used outdoors past nine thirty at night:
2140 hours=There is a circular saw being used outdoors on my little side street that only has a couple houses on it right now at past nine thirty at night-------------the reason that a circular saw is being used outdoors on my little side street at past nine thirty at night is to fool/trick people into thinking that "that" junk is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house and into thinking that "that" is what i confuse as the man [2148 hours=furniture was just shoved in the duplex next door-->tap--almost a tap/pop--on south wall/floor of living room--->someone making fool/trick people sounds in the bathroom of the duplex next door=2148 hours
The junk mentioned above was for the explict purpose of fooling/tricking people and will probably be as EFFECTIVE as that kind of stupid crap has been for years--------------and anyone who is fooled/tricked by "that".......

Duplex next door:

2157 hours=The front door the duplex next door was just opened/closed pretty much normally-->vehichle door opened/closed just outside-->someone just caughed just outside-->front door of the duplex next door was just shut into the door frame with out being banged shut or shu hard at all----->and furniture being slid with out being shoved in duplex next door right now

EVERY single action that has occured/been made by all of my neighbors today has been for the explict purpose of fooling/tricking people

ALL of the fool/trick people junk is only a minor variation of all of the other junk that has been perpatrated for alll of these years---and has been EFFECTIVE for all of these years

Who in the [expletive] has ever heard of being fooled by a white pick up truck that was arbitrarily parked at the blue shed that doesn't even have electricity that is almost in my back yard/only access through my driveway for the explict purpose of fooling/tricking people?
It is because people are so so guilable/easy for the principles of mail theft to fool/trick that the mail box door of the duplex next door was open on the morning that i recieved A letter from SENATOR recently

1802 hours=The guy in the single story house next door put a for sale sign on his brown pick up truck today with his brown pick up truck parked in his usual/regular parking place--------rather than him park his brown pick up truck by the fire hydrant at the road like he did right before "this" jeep was parked in my front yard to fool/trick people into thinking that it was "this" jeep that i had mistakenly documented as him having his brown pick up truck parked at the fire hydrant

Basicly, the guy in the single story house next door had previously had his brown pick up truck parked by the fire hydrant with a for sale sign on it [for the purpose of increasing the amount of vehichle traffic in my drive way to fool/trick people into thinking that all of the car door opening/closing was the knocking/banging/tapping in my house] and now that "that" PLOY has been exposed, he has don't-want-to-go-to-prison-itis to bad to try "that" PLOY anymore

That's all of my journal entry's for today because i have math homework and have to study for quizes in biology and chemistry classes

1900 hours=Debbie's back--in the center and about two inches below her bra strap--and her right side--at the same level--HURT her--------she just had me put an adhesive hot pack on both places

1106 hours=There has been PLENTY of knocking and banging inside ofthe duplex next door this morning and even right now is someone making hammering type of sounds in the back yard of the duplex next door
The man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door was slamming around metal fence posts this morning for the purpose of fooling/tricking people into thinking that "that" junk is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house

1521 hours=There was a green pick up truck with a flat drive heavy construction onto it trailer parked in the center of the front yard of the thrift store across the street for the purpose of foolong/tricking people into thining that "that" is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house] when i had left here at around 0750 hours-----the pick up truck /trailer wasn't there when i got home

1800 hours=the green pick up truck with a trailer was parked directly in the thrift store front yard when i had left here at around 1630(?) hours

single story house next door:
1527 hours=Guy in single story house next door has his brown pick up truck parked back at the road directly in front of my house [1528 hours=Guy in single story house next door just took off in his red van just now]
for the purpose of
1) Fooling/tricking people into thinking that "that"--in and of itself--is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house
2) The increased number of vehichles in and out of my driveway fooling/tricking people into thinking that all of the car door opening/closing is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house

Guy in single story house next door had left in his red van at 1329 hours-----

There was an 18 wheeler pulling out of the motel across the street parking lot at 1415 hours/two minutes after guy in single story house next door had got home in his red van

1741 hours=Guy in single story house next door moved his brown pick up truck from being parked at the road directly in front of my house to where he alway's parks "it"------i guess that the PLOY that he is trying to achieve is to fool/trick people into thinking that just the act of him moving his brown pick up truck from being parked at the road directly in front of my house to where he alway's parks it is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house

Duplex next door:
1542 hours=The men in the duplex next door have had a red suv type of vehichle parked on the passenger side of the darker of the two pick up trucks since Saterday----that makes five vehichles there for two people

The grey van and the white pick up truck are both gone from the duplex next door

1749 hours=The man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door had got home in his white pick up truck at 1614 hours while i was sitting on my front porch-----he had shut his truck door hard and then shut his front door to where--as i was sitting on front porch--all i'd heard was the door latch

the man who drives the grey van at the duplex next door who is usually home at around 1630 hours. got home at 1742 hours

1816 hours=Only the kitchen light of the duplex next door is turned on right now to where---with no living room window coverings, anyone can see directly inside of the duplex next door from out side

Two story house next door:
1821 hours=The south west upstairs window curtain of the two story house next door is wide open to where anyone can see ditectly inside from outdoors
The little kids from the two story house next door are playing outside by flashlight right now------usually, the front porch light of the two story house next door or the house on the other side of it have thier front porch light turned on

The house on the other side of the two story house next door is where they had had an orange reflective vest with the word sherriff on it hanging on thier fence while a A Congressman and A Senator were both waiting for responses from federal agencies in response to thier inquiries in reference to myself

Debbie:
1546 hours=Debbie is having me take her to the store to get a female lubrication product so i imagine that sometime this evening she will tell me that her "private parts" hurt

1801 hours=Debbie told me at around 1730 hours that she has been bleeding from her "private parts" today---i guess that it pretty much aleway's works out to where she bleeds from her "private parts" at around the same time that her back and side hurt in the same place that is consistant with where a woman hurts after she has been sexually abused

1007 hours=Both men from the duplex next door just got home in the white pick up truck---the front door of the duplex next door was not slammed or even shut hard

1012 hours=The front door of the duplex next door was just shut solidly into the door frame with out being slammed-->car door opened/closed--->vehichle motor started--->white pick up truck from the duplex next door just left again
I wonder if the men from the duplex next door left thier mail box door wide open or if they closed it

1024 hours=The mail box door of the duplex next door is still wide open right now after the men from the duplex next door had just been home at 1006 hours

1003 hours=The guy in the single story house next door was gone in his red van just after 0900 hours

The man who drives the grey van at the duplex next door was wearing a collared shirt instead of [construction work jeans and a "t" shirt]-------------hedefinately didn't leave for work at 0530 hours this morning like he has pretty much every day for the 6 months that he has lived in the duplex next door
Oh,I get it. The man who drives the grey van at the duplex next door was wearing a collared shirt this morning to fool/trick people into thinking that "that" is how he was dressed when i had documented that he had been dressed up like worked in an office a couple of day's ago----------------->"that" sure was not dressed this morning

At 1739 hours he-- the man who drives the grey van at the duplex next door---banged his front door into the door frame to where it caused a little bit of vibration of my house------->when i went outside to walk to the store accross the street, he was leaving in a black suv that Deebbie thinks is his daughter [that he only spends time with to fool/trick people into thinking that such a dedicated family man could not possibly be involved in commiting federal offenses]

The man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door had loaded chain link fencing into his white pick up truck at around 1030 hours and took off in his white pick up truck and hasn't been home yet

2233 hours=That sounded like furniture being rearanged inside of the duplex next door a second ago

2243 hours="That" sound was similiar to the sound of something being shoved in the duplex next door----someone threw something down on the floor of the duplex next door---->my central heat turned off--->the sound of someone hitting the bedroom area of my house with a piece of plastic
[2246 hours-my central heat just turned on so i expect some kind of knocking or banging sound from the duplex next door any second now----nope, not this time, i guess

2255 hours=Out right tap on south wall/floor of living [that was like the sound of a metal legged chair being shoved in the duplex next door =2257 hours] room-----the duplex next door is on the other side of that wall

2314 hours=The white pick up truck is not at the duplex next door at all right now, yet, the man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next doors bedroom light is turne on right now
The living room light of the duplex next door is turned on bright as can be to where---with no living room window coverings---anyone can see directly into the duplex next door [at least the living room light of the duplex next door was turned on when i [that was the [that sounded like someone hit my house with a piece of plastic [water running in the duplex next door just after my central heat turnd off=2320 hours

I am done tping for the night because i want to do a couple of more math problems and still go to bed to be able to go the day labor place tommorow

1025 hours="That" sound was similiar to the sound of furniture being slid across the floor of the duplex next door
Oh, i get it. It is getting onto time for the mail man to get here so it is time for the fool/trick people "stuff"------and if the exterminator company was open on weekends, they would be PRETENDING to be playing at loading/unloading trucks at this time of day

1053 hours=EVERY single sound at the duplex next door----especially now that it is getting time for the mail man to get here--is for the explict purpose of fooling/tricking people

1106 hours=That was someone bumping into the west wall of the the duplex next door just now for the purpose of fooling/tricking people into thinking that "that" was what i document as the front door of the duplex next door beibg banged shut

1110 hours=Just a moment ago, the man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door had ran up Debbies wheelchair ramp into his duplex and then was gone under a minute later

The reason that the man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door had punched his front door from the inside as he opened it was to fool/trick people into thinking that "that" is something that i misconscrue as the front door of the duplex next door being banged
[And "that" stupid junk will probably be as effective as all of the other stupid stuff that is done on a regular basis to fool/trick people]

1436 hours=The man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door had opened/closed his front door so soft/quiet at around 0745(?) hours this morning that i almost hadn't heard it from in my living room with the tv volume very low [with him having had done "that" to prove that he doesn't slam his front door or so that i wouldn't hear him going outside to fetch his trash can as soon as the trash man left]
He had been putting his trash can away after this morning's trash pick up

1445 hours=The guy who lives in the single story house next door had had his motorcyle that he just bought the other day running real LOUD just sitting parked in front of his shed at around 1100 hours/when it was time for the mail man to get to my house and then--while i was sitting in my living room--the sound of the motorcycle got way/much lower----->i looked out of my living room window and the guy who lives in the single story house next door was walking away from his motorcycle with it still running so he must have had turned the idle down to prove that his motorcycle isn't REAL LOUD

0732 hours=All five vehichles were at the duplex next door with no lights turned on inside of the duplex next door when i went to Mcdonalds at before 0700 hours
The man who drives the grey van at the duplex next door sure didn't go to work at 0530 hours this morning

0902 hours=The white pick up truck is gone from the duplex next door this early on a Saterday morning now and was gone when i got home from the store about 15 minutes ago

[I have lived at this same address for five years so the person the letter was addressed to has not been at this address in at least that amount of time

The mail box door of the duplex next door had been wide open after the mail man had been here on wednesday and wide open all night Wednesday night with Wednesday's mail inside of "it"------"it" was closed after the mail man had been here yesterday

18 wheeler:
0812 hours=There was an 18 wheeler tractor and trailer parked at the auto repair shop in front of the korean church when i had left at around 0730 hours [for the purpose of fooling/tricking people into stupidly thinking that such a large vehichle parked in such close proximity to my house is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house]-----"it was gone by the time i got home from the convienience store down the street
The above is a brand new fool/trick people PLOY------I bet that "someone" got a bonus for thinking of it

Motel across the street:
0820 hours=The 18 wheeler trailer with no tractor that is parked at the motel across the street--[that has been parked "there" for a while now] totally/completely blocks any line of sight view of my house from anyone who wanted to stand at the book shelf at the thrift across the street and observe my house
I guess i'd been a dummy to think that "that" trailer had been "there" to fool/trick people into thinking that "it" was the knocking/banging/tapping in.on my house

Duplex next door:
0712 hours=The man who drives the grey van at the duplex next door
[who had called the police on me recently after i had said something to him about him having had banged his front door shut after Debbie had already gone to bed]
had opened/closed his front door practicly with out a sound at around 0620 hours---->he went out to his van and turned it on and then slammed his van door shut and went back inside----->he opend/closed his front door with out a sound again when he left in his grey van at 0633 hours
There is NOT a single thing wrong with the front door of the duplex next door that requires "it" to be shut hard

The white pick up truck at the duplex next door is parked where the grey van is alway's parked right now for the reason of........

1846 hours=A Great Big MILLITARY HELLICOPTOR just flew pretty darn low directly over the two story house next door going from the east to the west----"it" was so loud that it took at least half of a minute for "it" to come into view from the time i went outside to see what i heard until "it" came into view

Exterminator company:
1609 hours=The reason that the exterminator company pick up truck with the camper on it has been parked facing my house all day today instead of on the road during business/work hours is to fool/trick people into thinking that "that" pick up truck with a camper on it is what i document as one of the "big enclosed trucks with lettering on it" being parked facing my house
[And i bet "that" completely idiotic PLOY will work as effectivele as everything else that is done to fool/trick people]

Motel across the street:
1602 hours=The reason that the furniture is on the balcony of the motel across the street right now is to fool/trick people into thinking that the sounds of furniture being moved across the street is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house
[And i bet "that" completely idiotic PLOY will work as effectivele as everything else that is done to fool/trick people]

The 18 wheeler trailer that is parked at the Motel across the street and blocks line of sight view of my house from the thrift store is still parked there to block line of sight view of my house

Anyone who doubts my logic and reasoning of the above is welcome to tell me why the men in the duplex next door had thier mail box door wide open on the day of the past two times that i recieved a letter from a senator

The guy in the single story house next door got home in his red van at 1218 hours--->the mail man got here at 1220 hours---> a sherriff deputy patrol car drove down my little side street that ends in a dead end At 1224 hours

Duplex next door:
1408 hours=This morning,the man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door was PRETENDING that the doors of both of his pick up trucks neede to be slammed and that the truck bed tool box of his white pick up truck needed to be slammed
He is gone in the darker of the two pick up trucks right now with his white pick up truck parked where the grey van at the duplex next door is ALWAY'S parked

1429 hours=Just a moment ago--at 1425 hours--there had been a vehichle door slammed shut just outside and then water running in the duplex next door at 1427 hours
Yet, the only vehichles at the duplex next door are the white pick up truck that was already "there" and is parked where the grey van is ALWAY'S parked and the car that has never been moved and the new red suv type of vehichle that hasn't been registered yet
Oh, i get it. The sound of the vehichle door being slammed or whatever that was was to fool/trick people into thinking that that" is what i document as the front door of the duplex next door being slammed

1440 hours=A van just arrived at the duplex next door
Every single sound/action at/from the duplex next door today is for the purpose of fooling/tricking people

1436 hours=The front door of the duplex next door was just shut loudly several times with out actually being slammed
There is NOT a thing wrong with the front door of the duplex next door that requires "it" to be shut any different than anyone who reads this would shut thier own front door

1524 hours=The grey van is at the duplex next door over an hour early and is parked where the darker of the two pick up trucks at the duplex next door is ALWAY'S parked

Even if the sound i had described as the front door of the duplex next door had been the sound of the van door being shut several times, there is not ever any van at the duplex next door at this time of day
"That" is a perfect example of what i'd meant when i wrote that every single sound/action at the duplex next door today is for the explict purpose of fooling/tricking people

Single story house next door:
1416 hours=Guy in single story house next door had a guest who drives a vehichle with handicapped liscense plates to his house this morning for the purpose of fooling/tricking people into thinking that anyone who hangs out with a disabled person can not possibly be involved in federal offenses

Anyone who is actually fooled/tricked by "that" into thinking that "that" is the front door of the duplex next door being slammed was indeed fooled/tricked
All of the fool/trick people junk has worked SO SO EFFECTIVELY for years------Like the guy who lives in the single story house next door having had PRETENDED that he was an 18 wheeler driver [so that he could park that huge vehichle right next to my bedroom to fool/trick people into thinking that a vehichle that big was the knocking/banging/tapping in my house and to PRETEND that he actually had a job] right after i spoke to the lady from the protection and advocacy office this past summer
Someone should check and see when the guy who lives in the single story house next door got his commercial drivers liscense in reference to how soon it was after i spoke to the lady from the protection and advocacy office

Another MAJOR fool/trick people PLOY that was the result of my speaking to the lady from the protection and advocacy office was the lady who's baby died in the washing machine in 2002 who had MOVED AWAY from the two story house next door in june PRETENDING to pick up her kids from the "school bus" stop out front of my house when she had already been living in a different county for three months and her kids bus stop was not out front of my house
"That" junk sure was EFFECTIVE at fooling/tricking people into thinking that she---a recently divorced mother of 8 kids [who'sbaby died in a washing machine]--wasn't involved in committing federal offenses

1853 hours=A city bus had discharged a passenger directly in front of my house this morning--->The reason that a passenger had requested to be let off of the bus directly in front of my house---where there is not a bus stop is because i had recently typed on this web page that the lady who's baby died in the washing machine in 2002 who had MOVED AWAY from the two story house next door in june had PRETENDED to pick up her kids from the "school bus" stop out front of my house when she had already been living in a different county for three months and her kids bus stop was not out front of my house
Basicly, the PLOY of someone having had gotten of off a city bus directly in front of my house this morning was to fool/trick people into thinking that the lady who's baby died in the washing machine in 2002 who had MOVED AWAY from the two story house next door in june had actually been picking up her kids from a city bus and not from off af a school bus three months after she/her kids had moved to a completely different school district

[Stupid idiotic stuff like "that" has been SO SO VERY EFFECTIVE at foolong/tricking people for years]

1241 hours= The guy in the single story house next door had turned on his motorcycle at 1232 hours and had it running loudly-->he made the sound of it lower at 1240 hours and then just turned it off just now
[ the guy in the single story house next door had pushed his motorcycle out his shed last week and just left it sitting in front of his shed door for hours with out doing anything to it-------"that" was just a fool/trick people PLOY

0902 hours=The man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door had had a chain link fence gate leaning against the drivers door of his darker of the two pick up trucks when i had gone outside at around 0840 hours with his purpose of having had done so being to fool/trick people into stupidly thinking that "that" chain link fence gate is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house

1)Fooling/tricking people into thinking that the sounds that he is making are the knocking/banging/tapping sounds in my house
2)Fooling/tricking people into thinking that he is regularly "there" and that he doesn't just go "there" to fool/tricking people

Debbie:
2107 hours=Debbie's lower back/side HURT---in the same place a woman HURTS after she has been sexually abused---so bad that she is almost in tears
I just put an adhesive hot pack on Debbie a short while ago so i know where she told me that she HURTS
Debbie is in such SEVERE PAIN that she already went to bed for the night

The man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door had pulled into his drive way in his darker of the two pick up trucks-->went inside and left his front door open--->came out under a minute later with a phone book in his hand--->shut his front door into the door frame to where it was all the way closed, reopened it and shut it two more times like he was PRETENDING that his front door was hard to shut and then, after all of that, he outright shut his front door loud/hard with not SLAMMING "it"

How did the guy in the single story house next door know to enter this property through the drive way instead of driving his motorcycle through my front yard while the mail lady was here?------The car wash wooden fence blocks any view from the road to where there could not possibly have had been any way for the guy in the single story house next door to have seen that the mail lady was on this street

1426 hours=The man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door had left "there" in a brown aerostar van first thing this morning
I imagine that it was him who had SLAMMED the van door that was shut at about the same time that another vehichle door was shut normally

1901 hours=The front door of the duplex next door was shut REALLY hard into the door frame with out actually being slammed-----the white pick up truck is back at the duplex next door now so i'd guess that it was the man who owns both pick up trucks at the duplex next door who had just shut the front door so hard/solid with out actually slamming it

1244 hours= The guy in the single story house next door got home in his red van--that he has not had at his house this week because he has been driving a white car--at around 1142 hours at the same time as the mail man got to my house/pulled up to my mail box

1252 hours=There is LOTS of fool/trick people stuff going on today---everything from vehichle props to work crews in new different places
With stuff like the above alway's being done to explain what it is that i actually hear when i claim that there are people who had gone through the attic of the duplex next door and are banging on my ceiling

Some one in the duplex next door just sang one sentence of a song to where i could hear it in my duplex-->some one in the duplex next door just BODY SLAMMED something--->front door of the duplex next door was just shut with out being shut hard at all
The PLOY of the above charade was that the men in the duplex next door are trying to prove that them slamming thier front door is actually sounds inside of thier duplex that i confuse as being the front door being slammed

2341 hours=My plumbing broke today while i was at work so Debbie had to call the Land lord to come over here to fix it
My plumbing was intentionally broken realy bad as a direct result of my recieving MAIL today so that there would be a reason for the land lord to be doing work on my house so that any one evaluating things would ASSume that the knocking/banging/tapping in my house is actually normal sounds being made by the land lord

And if any one questions the validity of that, please look at the dates of which i have recieved MAIL from either a Congressman or a senator and ask yourself how the land lord just happened to choosen "that" day to come to my house and PRETEND to do a whole bunch of nothing

In the roughly 3 or 4 years that the guy in the single story house next door has lived "there", the only time that i'm aware of him even PRETENDING that he had a job was right after i had spoken to a lady from the office for protection and advocacy

1) could explain how he has an income

Three motorcycles came pulling up to the single story house next door for the purpose of fooling/tricking people into thinking that i confuse the sound the sound of those motorcycles as being the guy in the single story house next door on his motorcycle---->

The guy in the single story house next door has a shovel leaning against his exterior shed wall right now to fool/trick people because he had stood outside talking all kinds of junk about having $500 coming to him and spoke in a way that would cause someone to think that he was talking about having had earned the money in the construction industry----->
Then, with in a few day's of that, he PRETENDED that he was gonna go earn big money doing some digging with a shovel and had to borrow a shovel from the man who owns the pick up trucks at the duplex next door

Probably the STUPIDEST PLOY that the guy in the single story house next door has perpertrated as far was PRETENDING that he actually earns an income besides that of which from fooling/tricking people was when the man who owns the pick up trucks at the duplex next door walked over to the single story house next door and, just before the man who owns the pick up trucks at the duplex next door and the guy in the single story house next door got into the guy in the single story house next door's red van, the guy in the single story house next door said "Maybe this job won't be as bad as we think" and then they returned in under two hours

2128 hours=The rear exterior light at the house behind mom and dads house and the back porch light of said house were turned off when i went outside at 2040 hours------"that" was the first time i'd been outside since dark
The bedroom light of the room closest to the back porch is turned on though and has the curtains closed

2355 hours=The back porch light at the house behind mom and dads house was turned on at 2345 hours------The rear exterior light of said house is turned off

0131 hours=My brother turned on the alarm before he went to bed a sort while ago and the alarm was turned off a few minutes ago when i went outside to smoke---no one who lives in this house had turned the alarm off

1037 hours=I am functional enough this morning to have practiced servicing an "ilco" brand lock for a few minutes [and i sure hope to be able to attend the locksmith associations training next month]

1148 hours=One of the teen age girls who lives in The house behind mom and dads house has her bedroom mini blinds of the room closest to the back porch open right now---
---In the three or four weeks that i have been living at mom and dads house, "those" mini blinds have never been opened
[The window coverings of the bedroom next to that one have been outright opened though with the purpose of "that" being to fool people into thinking that the light from the window coverings being open was what i had confused as the rear exterior light being turned on]

2201 hours=The back porch light of the house behind mom and dads has been turned on all day long and is turned on right now
The rear exterior light at the house behind mom and dads has not been turned on at all today and is not on now

2005 hours=Debbie's nexk hurts today----she hasn't mentioned her back hurting a single time today

In other words, the SEVERE PAIN that Debbie had in her back yesterday is not present at all today and now her neck HURTS

2203 hours=Debbie has heartburn/indigestion---she went to bed for the night at around 2030 hours

Myself:
2007 hours=I was all kinds of productive today---i spent alot of time cleaning the garage--i took stuff from the garage to storage--and printed stuff off of the computer about "options" which are kind of short term investment

2205 hours=I spent part of this exening teaching myself "parametric solid modeling" on the computer [it is kind of like drawing engineering drawings in 3d] and have been taking a chapter test for lesson #2 of the corresspondence paralegal course i signed up for since i moved here

Oh, the left and right sides of my jawline and throat are iritated
There are lesions in my mouth and on my lower lip that hurt too

1325 hours=One of the teen age girls in the house behind mom and dads house---[the girl who's bedroom is at the rear corner of her house]---opened her bedroom window with the window screen on the ground and leaned out of her bedroom window with a blue towel on her head from 1318 hours ontil 1320 hours
The above was at about the same time as the sound of a vehichles "back up beeper" and the sound of construction materials being dumped on the ground
If the girl was PRETENDING to smoke a ciggeratte, she sure as heck didn't smoke one in 120 seconds
[I bet that the"above" was enough to fool people into thinking that "that" was/is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house]

2217 hours=Neither the rear exterior lights nor the back porch lights of the house behind mom and dads house are turned on tonight
Judgong by the SMALL amount of light on the back porch of the house behind mom and dads house, I'd guess that the people in the house behind mom and dads house have new lights---brighter lights---in whatever room the back door goes out of

teen age girl;
1001 hours=Just a few minutes ago--at 0955 hours---a teen age girl came walking from my back yard and then along the side of my house and put a skateboard on the ground, stomped on the rear of it to where the front wheels came off of the ground and banged on the street a couple of times and then picked p the skateboard and walked down the street
Stuff like "that" is done to fool people into thinking that "that" is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house
Realisticly, why would a teen age girl put a skate board on the ground right out in front of my house [just after she walked through my back yard and came out in my front yard] and bang it [the skate board] on the ground a couple of times and then not get on "it" and ride "it"?

1008 hours=Debbie hasn't mentioned anything hurting so far this morning

1335 hours=Debbie must not feel good---she went to bed/sleep at around 1230 hours

1521 hours=Debbie's head hurts---she just took sme asperin

2212 hours=Debbie is in bad enough pain to be calling out for her mom from in bed---Debbie was already in bed for the night when i got home from taking my mom to a business meeting

Myself:
1009 hours=One of my teeth on the lower right side, the bottom part of my mouth/underside of my tounge, the inside of my lower lip and my lower lip were HURTING when i woke up this morning-----The pain was SEVERE
Right now, my lower lip, the inside of my lower lip, the inside of my right cheeek and the inside of my upper lip all have leisions that hurt with out HURTING-----Neither my tooth nor the inside of my mouth/underside of my tounge hurt at all

Since around 1100 hours, i have been doing a grand total of absolutely nothing----->I have been unable to function

Prior to 1100 hours this morning---well, at around 0430 hours---I was doing a lesson from my paralegal corresspondence course
Then at around 0900 hours(?), Debbie and i rode down the street we live on with her in her black electric wheel chair and me in her red electric wheel chair
I am gonna use ointment on the left and right sides of my jawline and throat as soon as i finish typing this---it will be the third time i have had to use ointment today

Oh yea, there is a bump on the top of my skull that is real iritated that i keep on unconsiously rubbing
[It is kind of like when an animal has had surgery, even though there is no way for them to know that they had surgery because they were asleep during the procedure, they keep on steady licking the surgical site]

My brother:
The reason that my brothers estranged wife---[who lives in another state]---is talking civily to him on the phone right now as compared to arguing is for one of two reasons:
1)Because my brother is about to get an insurance settelment and she---[his estranged wife]---wants to be friends with him when he gets his money
[She knows that he is about to get money because she had had to sign paper work from a lawyers office in reference to my brothers insurance claim]
Or
2)Because she needs to fool people into thinking that she has regular civil conversations with my brother

The bottom part of my mouth--->shoot, the entirety of the inside right side of my mouth was HURTING last night

2043 hours=My brother told me that those "2 Police cars/2 police men " were there when him and mom and dad drove past there at around 1640 hours and that the "2 police men " were walking around out in the woods

Mail man:
The mail man---just a moment ago---delivered two letters addressed to an address on fountain street that has the same house number as this one
This is not fountain street
"Stuff" like the above is done to fool people into thinking that the mail from a congressman, a congresswoman, and two federal agencies that was mailed to me and stollen directly from the post office was actually delivered to a wrong address and not stollen directly from the post office
And i imagine that "that" STUPID junk works as well as ALL of the other STUPID junk that has been being done to fool people for almost a decade

2055 hours=The back porch light of the house behind mom and dads house is turned on tonight with the rear exterior lights not turned on
One of the teen ager girls who live in the house behind mom and dads house has her bedroom window coverings configured in a new/different way that she just started either last night or the night before

0902 hours=Debbie's stomach and back hurt this morning
The first thing Debbie told me when my alarm clock woke us up at 0445 hours was that her stomach hurts

1406 hours=Debbie's stomach hurts---she went to bed on the living room coutch because she is in pain

2054 hours=Debbie has leisions in her mouth that hurt her

0904 hours=Today was only the second time in the three or four weeks since i moved here that i was functional enough to go to a day labor place [The rain prevented me--and alot of other people--from being able to get sent out on a labor job though
There are leisions on my lower lip, the inside of my lower lip, the inside of my right cheek, the inside of my upper lip and the inside left side of my lower lip that hurt

I'll use oragel on my mouth leisions and ointment on my jawline and throat now

1139 hours=I have been in the process of writing to the dentist who snookered me out of $1,600 when all Debbie had needed was one tooth pulled----i have to stop now to take my brother some where

1510 hours=My lower lip, the inside of my lower lip, the inside of my right cheek, and ESPECIALLY the bottom part of my mouth/the underside of my tounge HURT
I just spent fifteen minutes and half a tube of oragel slathering oragel all over the inside of my mouth and it barely helped reduce the SEVERE PAIN
The SEVERE PAIN is so bad that i feel SEVERE PAIN in my lower right jaw and the glands in the right side of my neck
When i am lucky enough to get oragel on the correct spot on the bottom part of my mouth/the underside of my tounge though, ALL of the other SEVERE PAIN in the entirety of the right side of my mouth goes away
God, the inside right side of my mouth HURTS

1537 hours=By some intuitive fluke, i just applied oragel to the top inside part of my mouth way back by my mollars--to a spot that doesn't even hurt--and that caused at least half of the pain in the inside of my right cheek to have some relief
The inside of my mouth still HURTS though

2045 hours=The totality of the inside right side of my mouth HURTS
The PAIN was VERY BAD when i was at the post office---bad enough for me to have gone directly to the drug store and purchase some liquid oragel as soon as i left the post office
In addition to the totality of the inside of my mouth HURTING, the glands in the right side of my throat are swollen like a baloon and my right ear hurts
I purchased a second bottle of liquid oragel at around 1915 hours--->
Before i used any of the second bottle of oragel, i had been dragging behind and had no energy at all [i just wanted to crawl into a hole and hide from the SEVERE PAIN]
Right after i had used some of the second bottle of oragel, my face became flushed and i felt like i did after i had been given a pain shot after surgery
2059 hours= God, the entirety of the inside of the right side of my mouth, the glands on the right side of my throat and my right ear HURT

2104 hours=Oh yea, the left side of my jawline and the right side of my throat are iritated

I tried to take some roads going north west to get to the post office instead of going north and then west [I wasn't able to because even though the roads are paved, there is grass growing in the middle of the roads]
When i got back to the main road, the girls high school track team was jogging on the main road
One of the girls on the girls high school track team smiled real big and waved to me
I hope that the girl was showing her apperciation of my turning on my turn signal so far in advance and letting the girls know that i was mindfull that i was sharing the road with them and not driving recklessly

My dad:
1707 hours=The reason that my dad is going to get fitted for a tux tonight is because my sisters daughter is getting married this week end so dad is gonna wear a tux to the wedding

My brother:
2144 hours=My brother wore a tie today to his schedualed appointment at 1100 hours and to his Thursday night "divorce care" class at church
He said that the reason he did so was "look better, feel better"

Debbie:
0645 hours=Debbie has a headache this morning---she just took two "bc" powders and one sinus headache over the counter medicine

1702 hours=Debbie's head hurts---she just verbalized that

2146 hours=Debbie's back hurts---i have to get her electric heating pad for her as soon as i finish typing
I guess that i will find out where Debbie's back hurts when i help her put her heating pad on

2155 hours=Debbie just asked me to take her to the doctor tommorow because her back hurts
The problem with taking Debbie to the doctor is that ALL doctors only look for things of biologic origin or that were caused by trauma amd will not even consider that something could have been intentionaly done to someone......

My brothers estranged wife is talking civily to him on the phone right now instead of arguing over the phone as seems to be the norm

1929 hours=I guess that my brother was on the phone with his thief of a wife all the way until diner time at around 1715 hours---either his wife knows more about when he is gonna get his insurance settlement or she is trying to prove that......
----->My brothers cell phone called my house on the day before i recieved a letter from a Senator while my brother was incarcerated and it is 100% certain that my phone # was not the last one dialed on his phone
Common sense tells anyone that my brothers wife had called my house on my brothers cell phone so that she could fool people.....

Why in the [expletive] do i even bother documenting all of the fool people junk that has worked so effectively for almost a decade?
That is the thing about my documentation---if someone does "some thing" to fool people, it is 99.9% likely that i have documented every time they had done "that" activity and that "that" activity would have only been perpertrated right after i write to a federal legislator or law enforcement.......

0859 hours=Debbie has a look of pain on her face/in her eyes and said it is because she has a head ache-----her headache doesn't much show though [even if that statement was a contradiction....

0924 hours=Debbie wants to go to the doctor because her head and back hurt
[And if we go, the doctor will STUPIDLY say that debbie has a migraine head ache
All a person has to have is one out of seven symptoms of something and the doctor will say that "that" is what is wrong]
God, i wish that doctors weren't so STUPID and that people evaluating anything in reference to myself weren't so EASILY fooled by the STUPIDEST stuff done to fool them

1029 hours=Debbie is in real bad pain---i'll take her to an urgant care center in a couple of minutes

1334 hours=Debbie had had to go to the urgent care center because her head and back were hurting real bad [and are still hurting]
The doctor only gave Debbie a prescription for pain medication and sent her on her way with out having had realy done anything

1525 hours=Debbie has a headache and her back hurts---she is taking a bath with epsom salts right now in an effort to relieve the pain

1559 hours=Debbie's head still hurts---she is taking a STRONG pain pill right now

2016 hours=Debbie took a STRONG pain pill because her head and back were hurting---it shows that she took a STRONG pain pill

I was awake at 0400 hours with no idea what had woke me up so i am awake to be able to go to the day labor place---i just have to make Debbie some tuna fish first so that she can have it when she wants

The right side of my jawline and throat---especially at my "adams apple"---is very iritated---I just used ointment for the second time this morning
The police had to be called to the day labor place because a white male---5'7" tall, 140 lbs, brown hair, clean shaven, black collared pull over shirt, blue jean shorts, open toe sandals, riding with someone in a vehichle that i heard someone say had temp tags---was steady talking weird junk about fraudulant postal money orders after he refused to tell the day labor dispatcher his social security number and was doing what the day labor dispatcher percieved as kept on reacing at what she percieved as might have been a gun in his pocket
At any rate, i did go to the day labor place---there are just more people wanting to work than jobs so i will not go back to the day labor place here any more
[I'll probably have to go to a city an hour and a half from here in order to get dispatched from the day labor place---eitther that or go to the town where i lived from 1995-1999 and work for my former employer and come home on week ends]
I will put in an application for a temp service on the computer in a few minutes and hope that i get a regular temp assignment before having to go to the town where i used to live just to be able to work

Then, when Debbie, my brother and i left for church at around 1815 hours, there was a motor cycle for sale parked at where the east end of the street i live on intersects with the main road
"That" type of STUPID crap is done to fool anyone evaluating anything in reference to myself into thinking that it was actually the motorcycle i'd heard riding on my street and that i hadn't actually seen the teen age boy's taking turns riding a scooter--that i'd never seen ridden past my house before--past my house
[And that STUPID crap will probably work as effectively at fooling anyone evaluating anything in reference to myself as well as all the lots of other STUPID crap that has been being done to fool people for almost a decade

Out of the five or six times that i picked my brother up from his evening class at that same church, there has never been a police car parked on the side of the church when we left there at 2030 hours

Debbie's headache went away when she used dad's [almost] physical therapist quality massager on her neck

That junk is WAY/MUCH DIFFERENT than the sounds made when there is someone in the attic knocking on the ceiling

Also, my brother went with someone this morning [Saterday morning] so that he could go take pictures---in the five or six weeks that i have lived here, he had never done that before

That crap is to fool people into thinking that "that" is the knocking/banging/tapping in my house

0815 hours=The teen age girl who's bedroom is closest to the back porch at the house behind this one has her bedroom window covering wide open and her bedroom screen taken out of the window and leaning against the building
Her bedroom window covering had been wide open real late last night and it had looked like her screen had been removed when i had just been looking outside from my back porch but it was hard to see anything in the dark

Then, at around 0145 hours, there was the sound of a vehichle steady peeling out/spinning out/driving like a maniac on the street directly south of my house

1756 hours=My brother was just quoting bible scripture to me on the back porch to say that a female who used to be friends with him shuldn't be mad at him because jesus says that believers shouldn't be mad at believers

My brother is watching a religous dvd right now---this is the first time that i am aware of him watching it and it has been sitting on top of the entertainment center
My brother has not been caughing or clearing his throat or smiffling his nose since we got home from going out to lunch after church

I don't give a damn if that dvd was given to my brother just recently......

His playing on the computer all day every day is typing to women on the computer using instant messenger and aol
He uses that crap so much that when mom goes out of town and takes her laptop---that my brother is the sole user of when it is here---he uses her desk top computer to use instant messenger and leaves that stupid crap on moms desk top computer to where it [the instant messenger] tries to access the internet while mom is doing "realwork" on her computer
[I used a software program to keep that stupid instant messenger crap from running at start up and now moms desk top computer loads much faster]

My lower left jaw is real swollen---it doesn't hurt though

1439 hours=There are enough leisions on the left and right sides of my tounge to make my tounge feel like it is swollen
There are leisions on my lower lip, on the inside of my lower lip, on the inside of my left and right cheeks and all of the way back by mt mollars on both sodes
The leisions on the inside of my lower lip on the right side and the leisions on the right side of my tounge hurt the worst

0820 hours=A small helicoptor just flew pretty low going west to south over the street directly behind the one i live on
Another helicoptor flew pretty much over my house going north to south at 0758 hours
The above two instances were to fool anyone evaluating anything in reference to myself into thinking that "that" is what i misconstrue as being the "military helicoptors" that used to fly directly over my old house right after i'd write to law enforcement or a legislator before i'd moved here

knocked/hammered/banged:
2102 hours=There was just the sound of stuff being knocked/hammered/banged loud and hard on the street behind the one i live on
"That" is NEVER a nine o'clock on a Saterday night sound
"It" definately is NOT the knocking/banging/tapping in my house
[Yet, i bet that "that" STUPID junk is enough to fool anyone evaluating anything in reference to myself into thinking that "it" is]

My brother:
0830 hours=My brother had---upon my asking him to---had cut my hair with a pair of clippers this morning
My brother caughed/cleared his throat just one time at 0800 hours
He has not been sniffling his nose at all so far today

1415 hours=My brother had had to get a ride to church with someone as opposed to riding with me or mom and dad because i was sopposed to go to the locksmith trade show and mom and dad are at a timeshare from 10/12/07 until 10/14/07
My brother is not home yet from the church service that finished at noon

1421 hours=My brother got home as my onlinejournal entry that said he wasn't home yet was uploading to my web host

Even though he had been invited to church, he opted to go somewhere else because a woman he's attracted to will be there---how is that for priorities?

2123 hours=My brother is still gone---other than with family, he never goes anywhere and he is not with a family member

2216 hours=My brother just caughed a single caugh with no force/no pressure
He got home about ten or fifteen mimutes ago

0711 hours=Debbie back is hurting real bad---she took a STRONG paon pill as soon as she got up a couple of minutes ago
[Debbie is able to play with the dog so thank God that her pain is not debilitating

0718 hours=Debbie is taking a different kind of pain pill right now because her back hurts so bad

0955 hours=Debbie's head hurts

1143 hours=Debbie's back HURTS---she just went to bed during the middle of the day because she is in such SEVERE PAIN

1152 hours=Debbie's back HURTS---she just took a STRONG pain pill

1412 hours=Debbie is in SEVERE PAIN with her back hurting---the SEVERE PAIN is so bad that she just had to take ANOTHER STRONG pain pill

1823 hours=Debbie's back HURTS---she is taking another pain pill that is not a strong one

2131 hours=Debbie="ouch, my neck hurts"---that was what she had just verbaly stated a moment ago as i was helping her turn over in bed

0956 hours=The locksmith trade showis today [and i had very much been looking foward to it] and i just don't feel up to going to it

I cooked the evening meal for my family
While mom and Debbie were in the restaurant for "girls night out", i sat at an out door table and answered eight chapter review questions from my home study paralegal course
After yesterday being a totaly/completely useless/wasted day, i was all kinds of productive today

Car parked [almost] out front:
1412 hours=There is a car parked in front of the empty lot next to this house
Generally, when someone PRETENDS that thier car is broken in such close proximaty of my house, it is so that they can PRETEND to do an automotive repair in such close proxomity of my house to fool anyone evaluating anything in reference to myself into thinking that the sounds of them working on thier car is actually the knocking/banging/tapping in my house

1451 hours=I guess that the car was dumped there---it doesn't have a liscense plate and does have a cracked windshield

1755 hours=A young light skinned black female pulled up next to my driveway as i was about to leave for the library at 1649 hours and said "that is my car. I just bought it and was having it towed and the tow chain broke---i just want to let you know that it isn't an abondened car stalking your house"
Being that she had claimed that the car was being towed, i asked "how does it run"---she said "it runs okay"

2135 hours=The car that was parked in front of the empty lot next to my house between 1056 hours and 1300 hours today is still there
[The young black female who had told me that it is her car/that she was having it towed looked like she might be high school aged but that would have put her in school when the car was left there.....

Printer repair guy:
1400 hours=The printer repair guy got here right at around 1055 hours, which is about the time that the mail man makes a right turn onto my street

My brother:
0852 hours=My brother has not caughed or cleared his throat yet this morning
[He is NEVER up/awake this early]

1353 hours=Instead of watching tv and playing on the computer all day, my brother cleaned the living room first thing this morning because mom and dad are having company tonight
My brother is cutting the grass right now

1800 hours=My brother had cleared his throat with the sound of PRETENDING that there was actually something stuck in his throat a few minutes ago---then he did it softly

1914 hours=My brother didn't caugh or clear his throat during the hour and a half business meeting that my parents had at our home from 1930 hours till 2100 hours
He called a man today in reference to an online business that my parents are encouraging him to participate in [but that interferes with his instant messeging women he doesn't know and interferes with his watching tv]

2237 hours=My brother had caughed a single time a short while ago and then cleared his throat with the sound of pretending that he actually had something stuck in his throat two times with in the past few minutes

just before midnight=My brother had only began caughing/clearing his throat---and then sneezing---at around 2230 hours [after he hadn't been doing that junk during mom and dads business meeting at home] and then after he hadn't been doing that crap for a good while he just started sniffling his nose during the past short while

Dad:
1355 hours=Dad had sat in the recliner that can be seen unobstuctedly through that living rooms window with the open window covering
Dad had looked like he was about to fall and when i helped him walk into his living room, he'd opted to sit in the recliner that i'd only seen him sit in one time before [and that was when i recieved a letter from a senator
